Who I am

I'm Egle Venclovas, trading as ONE HUNDRED PERCENT, a sole trader based in Dublin, Ireland.

Contact: hi@100percent.coach.

This policy covers my website, enquiries, bookings, newsletter and payments. Information about coaching notes and any session recordings will be provided separately with your coaching agreement.

What I collect and why

Enquiries and bookings: your name, email address, message, appointment details and any booking answers. Website enquiries also include your IP address and submission time. I use this information to reply, arrange calls and protect the website against spam. Without contact details, I cannot reply or arrange a booking.

My legal basis is taking steps at your request before providing a service, or my legitimate interest in answering general and company enquiries, managing bookings and preventing misuse.

Payments: the transaction information available to me through Stripe, Revolut or PayPal. I use it to manage payments and refunds, perform our contract and meet accounting and tax obligations.

Newsletter: your email address, subscription details and engagement information available through Substack. I use these to send and manage the newsletter with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Website visits: technical information such as your IP address, browser and page requests, used to deliver and secure the website. This is based on my legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure website.

Services I use

I use Vercel for hosting; Resend and Gmail for enquiry emails; TidyCal for bookings; Google Meet for video calls; Stripe, Revolut or PayPal for payments; Substack for my newsletter; and Google Fonts for website fonts.

These providers receive information needed for their services; some also process it for their own purposes. I may disclose information where required by law or for legal claims.

Cookies and tracking

CookieYes remembers your cookie choices. Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel support optional analytics and advertising.

With your consent, Google and Meta tools process information about your device, page visits and interactions for analytics and advertising. Meta may connect this activity with information it holds to measure or personalise advertising.

Optional tracking stays blocked until you give the required consent. You can reject it or change your choice using the cookie-preferences button on the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Where information is processed

Some providers process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their data-protection terms describe the safeguards used, which may include approved contractual protections or transfers to countries or organisations covered by an adequacy decision.

Relevant information is available in Google's transfer information, Vercel's data-processing terms, TidyCal's privacy policy, Substack's publisher terms and Resend's data-processing terms. Contact me for information about the safeguards relevant to your information.

How long I keep information

I keep enquiries that do not become clients for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, and non-client intro-call records for up to 12 months after the call or cancellation.

Newsletter information is kept while needed to manage your subscription, with limited records retained where necessary to respect an unsubscribe request. Accounting and tax records are generally kept for six years, or longer where legally required.

Client records are covered by separate client privacy information. Information needed for an unresolved complaint or legal claim may be retained until that matter is resolved.

Providers retain their own operational and tracking records for the periods or purposes described in their privacy notices, including Google and Meta.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing, and withdraw consent at any time.

Email hi@100percent.coach to make a request. You can also complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission.
